The rooms were huge and updated with a couch kept by the affable staff. And the facilities were overall nice!

No hot breakfast. Price was more then quoted. Manager said the increase in price was due to the fact that Booked.net takes$15.00 For making the reservation and that had to be added to the price of the hotel. I did not know that and will not use this service again as they are not honest about the price.

Our room at Sutton Inn was comfortable and clean, with a nice bathroom and good water pressure. The owner was friendly and helpful, showing us around and explaining the TV and thermostat. The breakfast had a good selection of muffins and fruit. we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

Greatly enjoyed the location close to everything you might need. Also, Gilpin's Falls was 2 miles away from the hotel. The rooms were immaculately clean in general, with the older bathrooms. Everywhere there was clean.

Appreciated our rooms where check-in desk is located. A microwave oven and a fridge were a nice touch. Great and absolutely perfect location, it was really close to Sutton Inn charges for 1 as well as North East.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. I particularly loved the cozy couch available in the room, perfect for relaxing and watching TV in the evening. Another highlight was the delicious breakfast provided, with plenty of options to choose from. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient, close to everything I needed and all major attractions.

This was a great stay for one night. Everyone was exceptionally nice and very welcoming as well as owner. I thoroughly enjoyed the room with a couch, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The hotel's position was great and perfect, just off Sutton Inn charges for 1 and a local park and all major attractions. A few times I ate at Nino's Pizza, located not very far from the venue.

Possibly the best and quite comfortable stay for one night. Fairly quiet and immaculate room, large bathroom with bathtubs. Marvellous and unbeatable small hotel location next to the Sutton Inn, and a local park. Also, close to everything you might need.
